"1. 按忘記密碼，app 當掉 2. 好吧，只能輸入錯誤密碼3次讓他reset，簡訊傳臨時reset密碼來（8個數字） 3. 登入時還要再簡訊一次不同的驗證碼...... 4. 千辛萬苦終於成功，更新密碼時，要求輸入舊密碼 5. 輸入之前2.的臨時密碼8個數字，結果跟我說密碼不能只有數字，所以無法更新密碼 6. 無限迴圈 這是小學生設計的app吧"

"FamiPay動不動就會故障，無論是從widget點開還是從app內開啟都是一片空白，clear cache 或 clear storage 都沒用，唯一的解決方法是移除重裝。這讓行動支付功能幾乎沒有存在的價值，等我臨到要付錢時才發現故障的話，根本沒時間移除重裝。請盡快修復此問題！"
